Need help those who took raspberry leaf tea did it help regular periods ?

I've been taking it for 4 days now and notice a difference during my periods but my question is since I'm not on my period should I continue to drink it ? How long should I take it @?

YES! it is literally a miracle tea. At least it was for me. It regulated my cycles, it reduced PAIN by soo much, and it helped me finally get my BFP.

Rrl tea is great for toning the uterus but it did nothing to help with my cycle.

I took it for two months straight and didn’t notice any difference. I also haven’t had my period since last January, so it may have needed to be taken longer.
