Smoking while pregnant

So here's the deal I'm 4 weeks pregnant and previously about a week and a half ago I started smoking weed, I have a medical card for medical marijuana use because I get really bad migraines I'm just wondering is it okay if I smoke weed now even though I'm 4 weeks pregnant
