What is sleep?
So I have nausea, heartburn, indigestion, hiccups, constipation (totally new as of few days ago), back pain, headaches, and insomnia. My mom literally just advised me to try to regulate my sleep schedule so when my daughter is here, she can be on a consistent schedule. 😂😂😂 I was like "okayyyyy. You act like it's easy". I'm lucky if I sleep 6 hours a night or even go to bed before 6am. Trust me, I'd kill for normal sleep. But at this point in time it's not happening. I will set alarms and whatnot to make sure my daughter is on a consistent schedule, but for now my sleep is gonna be whack 😂
