Preseed? Did it work for you?

Hi everyone! I apologize in advance for posting this - I am sure this topic has come up a billion times. December marks our 12th cycle ttc, and I finally gave in and bought preseed today. I've completely switched up my diet and I am trying to stick to doing fertility yoga. I feel like I've tried everything under the sun and I am desperate!

So my question to those who have used preseed...did it work for you? If so, did it work right away? I'm waiting for AF to leave so we can get to baby making! I'm hoping for a BFP on New Years eve!
