I can’t get anymore confused and mad

Okay so in the middle of August I had met a guy and long story short we had sex with no protection and haven’t spoke to each other since. Well time goes by and I end up having a boyfriend and we had sex which hasn’t been for about 2-3 months and once again we used no protection, but when I asked him if he was fine using no protection he contemplated it for a good minute so it makes me skeptical thinking about it now. Well after the first guy I felt some itching so I just felt like it was just a yeast infection, but then after my current boyfriend it had gotten worse. There became a smell, itching, & soreness. Well I make an appointment with a gyno and she tells me I look very irritated like a rug burn. We do a pregnancy test and it was negative and she tested me for an STI well turns out I had Trichomoniasis. The doctor said it was common and I did my research and all of my sources said it was common too. Well they gave my antibiotics for it and I took it all and correctly. Well just this past Monday I went back for a check up to see if it was gone and it wasn’t. So now I have take 7 more days worth of medication and most likely diflucan. My boyfriend is in the army and has been gone since October for basic training so it’s harder to seriously talk about this stuff trough a letter because it can take a while. So when he comes home I’m gonna have a conversation about everything and see if I can get answers because I’m tired of going through all this. I just want to know what dude it was.

But if y’all got any comments, tips, or advice on how to deal with all of this please let me know cuz I’m struggling
