Am I being too obsessive?

I live in a apartment complex, and decent one to say the least with nice countertops nice high end appliances and pay for it as well. I live with my Fiancé and our dog Cooper. We had some people move in next to us. While the apartments may be nice, we can smell everything they do in theirs. I don’t care about smoking weed, I’ve done it a couple of times, but my life doesn’t revolve around it. I work second shift so that’s when it’s the strongest. When you exit the apartment the odor of pot hits you like a wall of bricks. My fiancé sleeps with our bedroom door closed so when I open it to take Coop out, the smell just is so strong it’s outrageous. My fiancé says I’m just being a bitch and having a stick up and ass about it and to leave it be. We’ve already complained to the leasing office once about it. They only posted notices that no one should be smoking cigarettes, weed, or vaping in the apartments. Should I keep complaining to the leasing office to get something done about it? We can’t have our friends over either because of how strong the smell is in our apartment, it immediately gives them headaches.
