My hair falls out when I get stressed. So I have to be careful about that or it gets very very thin and looks absolutely disastrous

I wash my hair, and 2 days later it’s super greasy again. I’ve tried everything from only using shampoo, only using conditioner, only using water, not washing it for a week THEN washing it, using different shampoos and conditioners, before finally giving up and going back to my normal “shower every 2 days”. I’m so tired of it.

None 😧 it used to be greasy, fried, tangled and frizzy before cutting and not dyeing it or anything
