When I was with my ex I fantasized about other men all the time. Mostly they were faceless men....no one specific, but not my DH. But the relationship was TERRIBLE, which is why he’s an ex. I’m no longer in a toxic relationship. I’m in a happy fulfilling relationship and in the four years we’ve been together I haven’t fantasized about another man or the faceless man. So for me fantasizing about other men in a symptom of problems in the relationship.
