Too tired / in pain for sex😭😭😭 a rant

My husband and I started working at UPS and it’s been so hard physically on me, my husband did okay and thriving even he loves the job and he lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks bc of the physical labor. Me however I hate this job but at keeping it at least for the warehouse season. My hip:leg joints have been so sore and my back makes me want to cry I walk with a limp bc of my joint pain. Anyways, im on clomid 100mg and we’re just too tired to have sex and I’m in too much pain that sex is the last thing I want. I know we have to bd I’m just super scared. I’m wincing at any move I make with my legs.
