Help me!
Went off nuvaring last month, caused me headaches. Anyhow today is cycle day 30. Ice cramped for a week and haven’t started. Intense anxiety, crying, irritable, mad. I even took a test yesterday to make sure and it was negative, thank goodness. Is this normal? I’m 41
