Help any advice????

hi I'm new to this but I wanted to ask I just started taking fertilaid for women I am currently on my first cycle day of menstrual and I'm having really bad cramping and back pain does anyone know what would be safe to take for menstrual cramping while on fertilaid for women? my OB has prescribed naproxen to help with menstrual and back pain but everything I have googled says that if you're trying to conceive you should not use naproxen so what would be safe?
