Woke up in the middle of the night with acid reflux for the first time ever. Anyone else have this at 10 weeks?

Mine started like 6 weeks and I still have it at almost 20 weeks 🙃 tums are my best friend lol

I had it before I got pregnant but pregnancy made it way worse.. lol I had to start taking acid reducers and sleeping propped up cause it was so bad. Now I'm on a 24hour med that reduces acid cause I had to have a bulb stretch my esophagus cause it kept spasming and wouldn't let my food or drinks down because of years of erosion from silent reflux.. it sucks. Lol

Mine just started at 24-25 weeks out of nowhere. I’m having a boy.

Yes! But i have remedies because mine was awful all throughout. 
1. Prop up the end of your bed, mattress, or pillows. 
2. Baking soda and water. Tastes awful, just get it down and it will neutralize the acid.
3. Peppermints. 
4. Tums. 
5. I know this is weird, but Apple Cider Vinegar. When it gets horrible just take two tablespoons of ACV. Fight acid with acid. Get the kind with the “mother”. I use to sleep with this next to my bed during my first pregnancy and it is a miracle.

Yikes if you already have it at 10 weeks I’m so scared for you 😅 my reflux was the worst in the third trimester, everything gave me heartburn! I hope tums fixes it for you 🤞🏼

Yep, mine started pretty early... but luckily I only get it some nights. Try to keep track of what triggers it (usually food). My big one is tomato sauce, specifically on pizza but from other things too.

Mine started at like 12 weeks and i still have it at 17. It got so bad I was actually getting sick every night because of it
