Has anyone done the old wives tales like the ring over the belly yet? Ive tried a few there pretty fun to try.

A guy at a Halloween party did it with a crystal when I was pregnant with my son.

In the 80s my mom worked in AK at a high risk OB clinic. The midwives there would do “the ring on a string” before doing an US and they were always correct at predicting the gender. My mom did this with all her pregnancies, her siblings and her friends every time it was correct. Also when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter another co worker was also pregnant we decided to do the ring on a string. Hers showed boy and mine showed girl..... both were correct. Idk it’s weird but somehow worked. Plus it fun to do especially when you don’t know the gender yet

Yep! I did not hem just for fun with my first. All signs pointed to a girl. I have a son 😂
