Could I be pregnant??

We are trying to have a baby but I started my period on July 29th and they are normally 6 days long but this time it was only 4 days. I have read that you can possibly be pregnant if it's cut short. I was also very nauseous on July 30th and 31st. Is there a possibility we can have out little one?? Or am I just to hopeful. Please help
