Ultrasound question

So I had a transvaginal ultrasound today and they said I was 5 weeks 3 days. There’s a sac but can’t see fetal pole yet. I got my first hpt positive on Nov 17. Should I be concerned, worried? No signs of a miscarriage. This is what it looked like on ultrasound.
