Am I wrong for wanting to see him after work? I have no problem with him playing video games with his friends but, I just wanna see him and the fact that he doesnt even invite me over EVEN when his friend are there is kinda... i don't know... sad.

Making time for each other around job schedules is just part of being an adult in a relationship. I fail to see why either of you even mention your job and how much you work, because as an adult your job comes first. No matter who you're with, you have to learn that.
If he's not going to make time for you, then break up with him. I'm dead serious. My boyfriend and I work opposite shifts. There are six hours a day that neither of us are at work. And we still make time for each other because we care to do so. If you both care about each other, you'll make it work. Otherwise just move on.
