Very concerned

Okay so last month I had a very short painful period it only lasted 3 day then the 5th and 6th day were extremely light pink spotting I took five tests after that 2 came back positive and 3 negative now we are in the beginning of December and the past two days I am experiencing alot of pressure and pain in my lower abdomen my cm is almost completely clear and there is no smell so its not an infection but it's really bothering me because I've been craving food a lot more than usual but again I took a test this morning and it was negative. What could be going on ive never experienced this before?
