Hi, I have anxiety not so much depression. Does anyone else feel more anxious during the fall/winter???

Yep I usually get SAD most years it’s awful sometimes. I find taking vitamin D helps a bit

I think there’s a name for that. Seasonal Affective Disorder. Shortened SAD, which is very fitting. You should google it and see if it sounds like what you’re feeling.
