How many weeks? 🍼

I have a few days before I get into my doctor's, but I'm completely dumbfounded as to how far along I could be/am!

My last period ended on the 11th of November--I had spotting on the 5th of November and the 16th. I've been feeling super nauseous, back pain, sore breast, tired, irritable...l definitely am feeling the symptoms, but thought they'd come later? Cause I assume I'm still pretty early, but didn't expect to feel so god awful. Lol
