No growth scan anyone else?

Anyone else not have a growth scan this late? I didn’t have one with my first and don’t see any reason I will this time either. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I avoid late ultrasounds like the plague! Growth estimates can be wildly off, and when you want a low intervention birth, sometimes less information is best.

I haven't had an ultrasound since 20 weeks and my doctor never made mention of me having another one. I'm currently 37w1d.

I had one with my first at 38w but it doesn't look like I'll have one this time around.

My last ultrasound was at 20 weeks and I won't have another unless something is wrong. I don't really see the point of even offering one this late. We all know there's a baby in there lol.

The hospital I go to only does the initial ultrasound and the anatomy ultrasound at 20 weeks. As much as I want another ultrasound, I really just want to meet him already. 😍

In Spain the 3rd trimester scan is done at 34 weeks. If all seems well you get no further scans. I had an additional one done at 36 weeks as I was told baby was a bit small at my 34 week one, but really it was quite unnecessary. I'm now 38+4.
