Abdominal pain

I should be a veteran and know it all by the 4th pregnancy, right? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m having some pain across the bottom of my abdomen or uterus. At this point I can’t differentiate the two. I’m 22+4 weeks, I have an anterior placenta and I also have partial placenta previa. I’ve looked into the specifics of round ligament pain and it just doesn’t fit the criteria. I’ve been aching since yesterday. I didn’t have much pain this morning but I’ve got enough right now to make me skip the store and just lay down with a heating pad on it. Anybody else have this from between the bikini line and belly button but not spanning to the hips?
