Never Ending LH Surge

I’m on day 6 of (extremely) positive OPKs. From what I’ve read online this could mean multiple ovulations in one month or the exact opposite, no ovulations at all. I don’t know what to think and hate to get my hopes up. Anyone have experience with LH surges that last longer than the average 24-36 hrs? Or advice? *keeping my fingers crossed*

UPDATE: my LH surge lasted for a grand total of 7 days. I’ve taken 2 pregnancy tests and both were 100% negative. I’m not due to start my next period for another 4-6 days. I’ve had some mild nausea but really no other symptoms. Any thoughts on if I’m just testing too early or if all of these signs are pointing to not being pregnant?
