Confused... help?

This is my 3rd pregnancy. I have 2 sons. One is 11 and one is 2.

I had an early OB appointment today because I keep being scared something is gonna be wrong.

I cramp every day and it kinda feels like a period or when I first started having contractions with my son 2 years ago.

I’m supposed to be 7 weeks tomorrow. So today they did an ultrasound and it showed a sac but no fetal pole. She said the sac was measuring 6 weeks and a few days

Then she did it transvaginaly and still showed a sac and no fetal pole but said it’s measuring 5 weeks and some days.

I had blood drawn for HCG 2 weeks ago and it was 2235. I’m going back tomorrow for blood and then again Sunday.

I’m so scared that there may not be a baby. My last period was 10/18/18

I haven’t had really any other symptoms but a LITTLE nauseous here and there. (Actually, a lot more nauseous today than before)

I need reassurance!!!
