Headache all day 😭

39 weeks today. Woke up with a headache this morning and have not been able to shake it. I thought maybe it was as because I had some insomnia last night (awake from about 2am-4:30) but have been resting much of the day, tried some Tylenol this morning (never does anything for me), tried a coffee this afternoon but the caffeine did nothing, tried heat on the back/neck - nothing is helping!!

We had a high BP/protein in urine scare a few weeks back but have been pretty normal ever since. Checked my BP at home and it’s been fine. Not sure if headache on it’s own means anything or if I should call my DR...anyone else having a terrible headache and hoping it means labor?!?! 😂
