Heart palpitations, cramps, bleeding

I’m 17 weeks pregnant. Even since around 7 weeks I’ve been having heart palpitations where it feels like my heart is coming out of my chest. It makes me dizzy, over heated and most of the time vomit. I talked to my doctor about it and she said it was most likely normal but would want me to get checked out by a cardiologist anyways just in case. She said they would get in contact with me. They haven’t. I was going to call about it but my heart palpitations seemed to go away so I let it go. Now ever since last Friday off and on they’re back again. The last two days especially have been bad. I’ve been throwing up again and have just been so lazy and laying down all the time because it feels like my heart is constantly going crazy. Today I’ve been cramping a lot as well and when I wiped earlier there was a light blood spot. Nothing crazy so I let it go. This is my second pregnancy I know sometimes it can be normal. I decided to watch it and if happened again I’d call my doc. I have an appointment Monday anyways. But is this normal? My headaches have been pretty bad too that will last someone’s all day and the only thing that helps temporarily is taking a shower and letting the water hit my head.

Have any of you ladies had this before? Is this something I should call my doctor over or should I wait until Monday? I do have a busy schedule this weekend with work so I won’t be able to rest.
