I gave this guy oral sex last night and I woke up with a cold sore what does that mean??! Should I be concerned??🤭

I think the guy should be scared, I would tell him to go get tested. You could have given it to him last night. 😐

Not likely. Incubation period is on average 4 days, usually 2-14 days. If it's herpes, you may have had it before and performing oral just woke it up. But i would get checked if i were you.
