Squished my baby?!

I was at a comedy show tonight and bent over in my chair laughing and felt a pain come from my uterus! I know the baby is surrounded by fluids and is ok but holy crap that hurt, still hurting! Has anyone done that/had that happen?!

Its probably just the tendons in your stomach that are causing the pain, I experienced similar issues with my last pregnancy

I’m only 17 weeks with not much of a visible bump but I can’t even bend over to tie my shoes the muscles are so sore! Totally normal!
