Best diaper for heavy wetter

My sons a little over two. Every night he begs for water... every night he sets the bed. We were potty training but he had a stomach but and that came to screeching hault, which is what it is... but every night I have to change him and his bedding and it’s getting old. We use to cloth diaper and he’s out grown them and was wetting them so bad as well. I’m not concerned about brand or cost, but I need something that he can wear at night and let us both sleep!
