Help!!

My 3 week old is having the hardest time sleeping, the last few nights he’s just struggling staying asleep no matter when, day or night. If he’s awake he wants boob so he’s basically constantly on the boob and will fall asleep but wake up as soon as I unlatch him or very shortly after.

He’s not fussy or gassy or sick, he’s completely normal. I don’t know what to do anymore but I’m past exhausted. I also have a toddler to care for so I’m desperate!

I know babies are needy, I have no issues with holding him as much as he needs but I also need him to sleep so I can sleep too but that’s just not happening right now.
