Autism Sensory Disorder

(If this was already posted, I'm sorry let me know and I can delete it)

So, I don't know where to turn to now. I feel so helpless. My son (5) was recently diagnosed with Autism. He lost a tooth over a month ago and then about three weeks ago lost the one beside it on the bottom. My son completely refuses food all together and I mean any kind of food. The only nutrition he's getting is the carnation breakfast essentials. We've taken him to his pediatrician about this issue and since they feel it's a sensory issue they can't do anything. We called to get him into a specialist but, they have no availability until January 3rd. All I do is cry because I'm so terrified I'm going to lose my son. Can someone please give me advice. He's a very very picky eater so it's very hard to get him to try anything. Has anyone ever been through their child losing teeth and not eating? Please someone respond. 😔
