Pumping at work
My baby’s will be 4 months in a couple weeks and I will be returning to work in 2 weeks. We are EBF and I hope to continue to nurse after returning to work. I am so scared about leaking at work. I work in a very male environment and don’t take regular breaks so I’m worried about pumping. Does anyone have any tips? How often should I expect to pump in order to keep my supply up? I’m so anxious about all this!! Eta I have a freemie pump
