I made a post on the whisper app about wanting to go on a real date (no I wasn’t looking for a date on the app, just expressing that a date is something I’ve been wanting) and some guy replied that “this isn’t the 1950s”. so my question is, are dates a thing of the past now? or do people still go on them?

I accidentally hit yes 😐 but dates are still a thing and if a man can’t take you out that shows you he’s not the man for you. Dates can be something as simple as going to the park so men saying they can’t afford to take a woman out is a lie—there are plenty of free things to do.
