Was your second pregnancy harder

Was your second pregnancy harder my. First was really easy for the most. Part no complications but this time around I'm feeling bigger I'm 22 weeks Monday and already having problems sleeping let alone standing when I'm awake I have varicose veins in my. Legs that feel like they are gonna explode if I stand more than 5 min also lately I've started feeling pains in my lower back but it feels like its in my bones like right at the top of my butt and the front of my pelvic bone I'm feeling sharp pains also when I move to fast or sometimes just in general I get sharp pulling very painful cramp. On one side it doesn't last more than maybe 3 to 4 seconds but it hurts like a butch I suppose it's ligament pain but I don't remember it this severe with my. First also I'm already running out of room to breath and have had a cold for literally a month now I feel like crap this pregnancy just wondering if any. Of you other ladies are having a harder second time tia no mean comments pls also sorry for any butchered spelling or punctuation errors my phone is stupid and I don't feel like being tedious lol
