I love my bf so much, he's overweight got a tum but he's all in proportion.
He's very consious about his weight because he was a very very big lad at one point.
But he's at a desk job now instead of a warehouse job where he used to walk 10-20 miles a day.
So I've said to him that because of his job we both need to start doing exercise or gym togeather after I've had baby. 
You can guess what form of exercise he suggested first 😂😂

Depends on the situation. 99% of the time be honest but add a compliment so it doesn’t seem harsh, but every once in a while there’s an excuse like if they’ve been working out and are excited they lost weight and ask if you notice say yes even if you don’t. That’s the one time I say lie. Other times always tell the truth because if they eventually find out you were lying like if you break up and angrily tell them or something then they could have issues trusting future partners, and feel bad about their weight for a long time. Just something to think about too besides their feelings in the moment. Remember to add a compliment though like say yeah I do agree you could lose a little weight but that’s totally up to you, you look good the way you are and I love you no matter what. That way you tell the truth and make them feel good still
