Guys are assholes :(

I’m so tired of assholes who flirt and lead me on only to tell me that they just want to be friends. Apparently he knew that I liked him and I don’t understand why he didn’t say something about it. We’re good friends so I don’t get it. If I knew one of my good friends liked me and I didn’t feel the same way, I would say something so that we could both move on and continue being friends. He said he doesn’t want to mess up our friendship but I feel like our friendship is a joke. I’ve been sitting here thinking we had something more and he knew that that’s what I was thinking and he didn’t feel the same way yet he just let me go on thinking we had something. Now he’s just not answering me and it’s been like 12 hours. I knew that he knew that I liked him because my friend told me that he knew, so I was just waiting and hoping that he would say something about it and he never did. I got tired of waiting so I finally said something and now I wish that I hadn’t.

Edit: thanks everyone for the comments and advice!💗 He still hasn’t answered that last text so hopefully he will. I’m nervous to see him on Monday and idk how this is going to effect our friendship. I just wish he had said something before because now I just feel like an idiot for thinking he liked me.
