I don’t know what to think

So I know what you all are going to say wait it out and see but I just want to know if anyone’s experienced these symptoms. So for the past 3 days I have had back cramps almost like my period but on my lower back. Their super faint and on and off. This is when you may think a period but my periods since March have been SUPER bad pains and they have never been in my back. Another thing is my period has never been late not since March I had a miscarriage so it changed from a normal 28 day cycle to a 32 day cycle I am now 38 days. I have no boob pain which I always got before my period.and I have slight on and off pain in my right ovary nowhere else. I have diarrhea tmi sorry but all the tests are negative I’m going nuts! I had some pink spotting 1 1/2 weeks before my expected period I thought it was implantation but maybe it could have been ovulation that would have been about 2 weeks and a couple days before today. What do you all think?
