2 weeks ago I hooked up (kinda) not sex just oral sex between us both he told my brother we hooked up. I cut things off with his friend who I recently became in contact with after not seeing him for 9 years...
I Dumbly reached out to him after he didn’t show up to brothers daughters 2nd birthday party....hr said he was definitely coming as he told my brother

2 weeks ago he jumped immediately into telling me if I want a boyfriend or FWB  he was down......which was weird 5 minutes into me telling him who I was...
Why is he SO eager to jump into something with me after I reached out over something simple???

He does not want a FWB (stop “bragging” about the one 4 others) if you are interested go on some dates and see where it leads.

I don’t think FWB is his thing. He has too much respect for your brother to do that.  You should just hang out with him, have you ever thought of you two having a relationship? It sounds like that is what he wants after getting to know you more.
