PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE NOONE TO TALK TO

Not sure this belongs in a ttc group chat but please read. I am a 17 year old. In June someone gave me Gonorrhea AND Chlamydia. I didn’t get treated until September. About a two weeks after getting treated the burning was back but it was very subtle. I had sex ONCE with that same person, but he got treated to so I didn’t think anything of it. I went back to the clinic and got another G/C urine test and they also checked my discharge. They said it was BV and the G/C test was negative. I got a week worth of antibiotics. A week after finishing the medicine the burning came back. I went back to the doctor and they tested me for G/C and Trich and it came back positive but G/C came back negative again. HOW DID I GET TRICH!? haven’t slept with ANYONE since I had sex that one time. Anyway, it has been a couple weeks since then, I still haven’t had sex, but last night the burning was back, but again it was very subtle. Im not sure what to do. Im in college 500 miles away from home and I also don’t have a woman figure I can talk to.

Please don’t get on my ass about having unprotected sex. I’ve only had sex unprotected with this one person. He told me he didn’t have anything and I was stupid enough to believe him.
