After you had your baby what did you do to tighten your belly to prevent loose skin? I’ve never really been the “fit” type of person I’m a very picky eater so it’s hard to find good healthy foods that I like to eat 😅 and for beginners how would you start with exercise? I’m really wanting to change my lifestyle.... but I’ve been wanting to do that for a few years now 😂 I only have about two months left of my pregnancy and I’m wanting to get on the right track so I can lose my baby weight
