Baby Sling Suggestions??

I really want to start wearing my baby as it would make things a lot easier to do. She is very attached to Mommy.

I have a carrier that she cannot stand. I thought it was going to be great when I was pregnant, but boy was I wrong. She won't spend more than 2 minutes in it without screaming. I was going to buy another one that is similar but then I was like DUH!

What difference would that make? So now I think I want to try out a sling. What worked for you baby? Or didn't work for your baby?
