39 weeks...  So much cramping and back pain tonight but I still haven't even lost my mucus plug what could this mean??

Not everybody loses their mucus plug before labor. You should time the pains

Could be labor. Sounds like what I went through when I went into labor. The back pain was the worst! I did some cat cow yoga stretches, walked, lay down.. it only got worse until baby came. Good luck!

Most likely labor. You don’t have to lose your mucus plug or have your water break first to be in labor. My water didn’t break until I was 5 hours into active labor and my mucus plug came out right after my water broke. Start timing the pains, if they come on consistently then it’s probably labor.
