Exercise while TTC
Hey fitness ladies! Need your help..
So, due to a weird injury I haven’t had a solid workout routine for about a year. Growing up I was always very active and through college as well. So much that I didn’t get my period until I was 19 and during my college years, I was doing maybe 8 miles a day.. fast forward to 27, I recently suffered from a MC and we have been granted the go ahead to TTC. So, I want to start exercising again daily but don’t want to mess anything up if I fall pregnant again and not know it right away. Am I safe to start working out even though I am currently waiting to see if I’m pregnant? And if I am, what exercises could I do to remain safe? What are some exercises you have done?
