When to start sleep training?

I’m returning to work in a week, need to sleep train my son. When sleep training worked your baby?

Really depends on the baby. In my opinion 3 months is generally a great age to start if they are able to eat enough during the day to keep them comfortable thru the night.

6 months or older in my opinion. I used the ferber method and it worked great when my son was 7 months. He slept through the night after night 2 of sleep training and has every since in his own room in his crib. He is 2 now.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends waiting until 4 months to sleep train. 6 months for cry it out.
