Need some advice

So I have been having unprotected sex with my SO for the last four months. Not trying for a baby, but wouldn’t be upset if it happened. He’s pulled out early each time. However, I am late. My last period was Nov 1. I’m usually regular. I’m feeling crampy when he and I have sex, but oh my god let me tell you my boobs feel like they could fall off. Worst ever boob pain I’ve had in my life. I’ve taken a test every day since I’ve been late and still nothing. Ugh. I just want to know already. What do I do??
