I miscarriage a little over a week ago(my first pregnancy), we are talking about trying as soon as we can for another. Currently we cant start trying yet since everything isn’t over yet but im already freaking out i want a plan set up for everything. I may sound crazy but i dont care, and i know even if i have my plans made up that it probably wont go the way i wanted it to.

But anyways some questions i have (some may be really weird so im sorry in advance)

Can you be covered up with delivering? Like not just my top half but also a sheet on my lap or something?

Do you have to get a episiotomy?

What kind of fetal monitors are internal? How long do they have to be in for?

Will i be aloud to get up and walk around?

Can you eat or drink during labor?

How often do checks happen down there?

Will my doctor be the one doing them?

How are cervix checks done?(weird question but i have always imagined it being a while hand, am i wrong?)

I know everyones experience is different, and honestly im a extremely modest person so the idea of delivering terrifies me but i know that to have a baby these are all normal things and it’s normal to be scared by the idea of it all. Ive had some very traumatic things happen regarding doctors and dealing with my privates so that plays a very big part of my fears too.
