Stolen baby name

My husband and I had names picked out from our last pregnancy and we never keep them a secret from the family. This is our girl name and this is our boy name. All of a sudden his niece is pregnant and they are picking out names that I would never name my child. But that’s none of my business. Anyway...3 days after we reminded his father of the names we had picked out...his crazy sister who never talks to him texts him. She lets him know that her daughter (his niece) has picked out a name for her baby boy. It’s the boy name we had picked out and told his father...(they all live together). I know I’m all hormonal and shit but that crazy ***** had the nerve to say well her due date is first so it looks like we will be taking the name. His mother called us all upset and telling us she heard it from her dad and just liked it. Ruined my whole day. If she would have came up with it on her own then fine you know things happen but the way she did it was ridiculous.

Update: I forgot to add that we are pregnant again. If that’s not obvious. Lol we still plan to use the same name and apparently we deserved this. Thanks everyone for all the support and for listening to me vent. Thank you to the ones that chose to understand my frustration and not respond in a bitter way.
