Exclusive Pumpers

How many oz do you get per pumping session? How many times a day are you pumping? What is considered a good supply amount?

I usually get 15 oz from my first pump, then 5 from then on and I usually get about 4 pumping sessions in a day (more on good days when husbands home or the kids cooperate) I try to pump every 2 1/2-3 hours. I don’t pump in the night but my last pump before bed is usually between 11-1, depends on how early or late we get to bed. My first was formula fed so I’m trying to figure out if my supply is good or not. I always feel like I could be getting more milk than I am.
