2 week old never stops eating

My son is 10 days old and is never satisfied. He can sit and nurse for hours and I've done it. When I have to pull him off cause my breasts feel like they are bruising he is mad as all hell. I put a warm rag on em and them some cold and I can normally let him latch back on in about 25 to 30 mins.

I really dont know what to do. I wasnt able to breast feed my first born so this Is all really new. I have pumped to see how much I'm letting out and I get just about 3 -4 oz out of both breast. So idk if hes nit getting enough or what.

He is also sometimes very aggressive towards my boobs. Bites and pulls..😳

Any advice is much appreciated!
