Going to graduate but I got pregnant I think I need an Abortion my boyfriend said no

I just found out I am 4 weeks pregnant and I just got accepted to medical school, my parents are very religious but I want to have abortion, my boyfriend doesn’t want to but I am so scared to keep the baby, I don’t know what to do right now please help, I will graduate next year 2019 and I was planning to straight to medical school I already have everything set up and I am not working, I already see the doctor I have appointment for the Abortion tomorrow. I don’t want to ruin my life, I am freaking out now please help 😪😪😪 I can’t talk to my parents they blame me, my boyfriend against my decision. I don’t have no one to talk right now I am all by myself in my decision, I don’t want nothing bad happens during the process please help 😢😰
