Do you have to support your spouse every time they go on a diet?
My husband goes back on forth on dieting quite a bit, I want to support him, but we have different fitness goals, I am not trying to lose weight, more the opposite, and he IS trying to lose weight.
That being said I’m curious, since I am in charge of all the food preparation in our house, I make all the meals, do I have to eat what I make for him (for his diet) and deprive myself the foods I want that he can’t have?
I feel like if I eat what I want in front of him I’m making it harder than it needs to be and that I’m not being supportive.
